ONLINE ORDERS

All orders are processed in EURO €. Any orders placed using an account of another currency will be charged at the current exchange rate as converted by your bank, along with your bank’s exchange fees/commissions which are in accordance with the policies outlined by your bank. If you are not sure what you will be charged in your local currency, please contact your bank for more details before ordering.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
– The product you ordered being unavailable from stock;
– Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment;
– The identification of a pricing or product description error;
– You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
